Privacy Policy

Hommy respects your privacy. This notice explains what data we collect when you join our early-access waitlist, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and your rights under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
Only your email address. Nothing else — no name, phone number, property details, or any other personal information. Your email is collected solely so we can let you know when early access opens.
Why and how we use it
We use your email to send you a single notification when early access to Hommy opens. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it with any third parties except a trusted email provider we use solely to send that one notification.
Legal basis and consent
We process your email only on the basis of your consent. You actively opt in by checking the consent box on our waitlist form — it is never pre-ticked. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@hommy.my, and we will delete your data within 14 days.
How long we keep it
We retain your email for up to 6 months after the waitlist closes (or until early access launches, whichever is later). After that, your data is permanently deleted.
Your rights under PDPA
You have the right to access your personal data, correct it, and withdraw your consent to receive notifications. To exercise these rights, email hello@hommy.my. We will respond within 30 days.
